Nymeyer Wedding September 2016
On Friday March 13th 2015, the love of my life Adrian proposed! I was so shocked that my first response was "oh my god, is this really happening?!" and my second response was "yes, yes, a million times yes!!"
What an exciting time, to have the honor of marrying my best friend. It was also a whirlwind of crazy with my client event in the British Virgin Islands just around the corner. I enjoyed the excitement of the next couple of days telling our family + friends, however I had to almost stamp out my excitement and deal with work first before I could really even think about the wedding plans!
Of course being an event planner I was just jumping at the chance to start making plans for such a special day in our lives. Adrian, my father and I were sitting at the kitchen table in my sister's home looking at the calendar for September 2016, and upon realizing that my best girl friend who had passed away's birthday just so happened to fall on the second Saturday in September 2016; my dad's response was "I think you just found your date kid."
A few months later in May 2015, my dad came to me and asked if I would be okay with Trish's father Bob also walking me down the aisle as he only had one daughter and he had three. It was a very emotional moment for us and ever more emotional moment asking Bob + Kathy. They excitedly accepted the gesture and it brought our families closer.
The planning process started in April 2015 and we were wed on the 10th of September 2016. It was a fun and exciting journey of decision making, crafting, and planning all the little details that I am famous for. My regular client always states that "the devil is in the details." and that I nail it with every project I produce for them.
I love the details and impressing clients and friends alike with memorable moments, that leave lasting impressions!

A trip to the Caribbean would not be complete unless infused with colorful cultural explosions. Rum punch, sun kissed skin, the whitest sand, and the freshest seafood top the experience list. You can cruise the azure waters by boat and dive the sea walls with sharks. Watch the sun slip into the horizon each evening.
Welcome to the stunning oasis of the nature that is Turks and Caicos, where the smiles are enormous, the people are amiable, the cuisine is full-flavored, and the drinks are cool. The Turks and Caicos Islands are the most enchanting by far. Accolades to Grace Bay Beach, rated No. 1 in the world for 2016, based on TripAdvisor Travelers Choice. Close your eyes, sit back, breathe deep and allow the tantalizing sounds of the island to soak into your core. With toes drumming a Caribbean beat in the sand and a sip of champagne in hand, raise your glass for a toast. Here's to a little bit of chicken fried...sure to be a whimsical escape into paradise.
Chairman's Club 2016
As over the 40 coral islands start coming into view, the breathtaking turquoise waters glisten under the Caribbean sun, embracing the islands as a mother would her child. White sand and coral line the tarmac at the final approach, giving the illusion you may touchdown in the ocean. There is a feeling of ease as if you have already made it to the beach. Outside the airplane doors, a heat wave welcomes you onto the island as you walk upon blazing hot pavement into an extremely busy customs line. With no such thing as overtime while on island time, work endeavors slumber. At your hotel paradise, you can't help but take a satisfying moment to breathe in the salty, sea air and sip a cold, freshly made rum punch. Welcome back Tim & Jodi, Myles & Andrea, Blaine & Nicole. It's a reunion from 2012 when last we shared a unique travel experience. With island tempo, the sound of steel drums, and Bob Marley float through the trade winds as the sun caresses your skin. You've made it to paradise yet again, jump on in it!
Chairman's Club 2015
Well that was an exciting trip in...a rocky ride on a small plane, as you watch the open ocean disappear and the BVI islands come into clear view.
Colorful homes lining the whitest, sandy beaches, competing with the blue azure turquoise waters of the Caribbean, all I can think to say is ahhhh.....
Oh but wait, this is just the beginning, the very beginning, we haven't even made it to the ground yet, or onto the ferry to the Scrub Island Resort, or even feasted our eyes upon the magnificent Crowned Eagle yeacht!
Sand, and sun, diving, and yachts oh my!

SHARE14 - New York, NY
A little bit of business paired with a little bit of pleasure, New York City always has a unique experience waiting just around the corner.
Between meetings the gents kicked back with a dinner at Ai Fori, a 1920's Gatsby inspired cocktail party, followed by an era worthy dinner in the private dining room at Club A Steak House. No 20's party would be complete without chorus gals, the effervescent Honey Taps performed a traditional Charleston in full costume and character.
A heli tour with Zip Aviation saw the city from the sky, and a guided street tour to the monumental locations city wide by Unique New York, thank you Matt for sharing your stories! Of course to place the cherry on top, I was invited along to witness my first Broadway show, Chicago! Lights, Camera, Action, welcome to the show...
Sunday brought the gents to a Knicks games stopping along the way to grab a beer + hoagie pub style.
NYC, you have a special place in my heart, the architecture was so inspiring and the city vibes added a burst of sparkle to my soul.

CCLUB2012 - Santa Fe, NM
Welcome to the second annual Tundra Process Solutions Chairman's Club trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico! On April 12, 2012 I welcomed some familiar faces and some new faces to the stunning Encantado Resort tucked gently into the 57 unspoiled acres of the Sangre de Cristo Foothills. Encantado Santa Fe is just 10 minutes from Santa Fe's galleries, shops, and distinctive architecture.
It was such an honor to visit an honor to visit Santa Fe and share with you some it's magic. From dining at The Compound, hiking the Hilltop Trail to the ancient Posi Pueblo's and surrounding mesas; to the historic mica mines at Ojo Caliente Resort & Spa, and back to the mineral pools Lithia, Iron, Soda, and Arsenic pools which all offered beneficial relief to the tired body.
Dining at the famous Epazote Restaurant in the likes of their private gallery dining room was a welcoming surprise. The next morning while the men golfed, sipped scotch and smoked some fine cigars, the ladies were whisked away to the spa, and then to town for a luncheon and shopping trip. We came together again in the evening for the final celebration to honor once again the hard work of a few great men! Tim Pearson was the Top Dog again second year in the running, will you make it a third? Myles Jansen two timer as well, and a new face to the club this year was Blaine Dobinson, your remarkable efforts in sales is incredibly awe-inspiring, you should all be very proud of yourselves.
It was a pleasure once again to enjoy the uniquely inspireing Santa Fe, NM with all of you. Congratulations!
CCLUB2011 - San Francisco, CA
Welcome to Tundra Process Solutions very first Chairman's Club incentive trip. On the 14th of April 2011, eight excited attendees arrived at the gorgeous and swanky Ritz Carlton Hotel on Nob Hill in San Francisco, CA. We dined at Michael Mina and tried Hanna Zen's Best Sushi. We toured the majestic Napa and Sonoma Valley's sipping vino. Followed by golf at Half Moon Bay, smoking victory cigars and even dabbling in fine scotch. This inevitably led to a spa day at the Ritz and a dazzling lunch at the famous Rotunda - Neiman Marcus, where we enjoyed sipping on fancy martinis. The Awards Evening was privately catered and we honored Tim Pearson for his selling accomplishments, as well as the impressive work from Jake Schafer and Myles Janzen.
It was a pleasure to enjoy this fabulous journey with all of you. Congratulations!
